We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged or faulty! Please follow these steps so we can assist you:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@rainkoat.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include the following in your email:
    - Your name and order number
    - A clear description of the issue
    - Photos of the damaged or faulty item
  3. Resolution: Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll work with you to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund (subject to our returns policy).

We understand how frustrating it can be if your package doesn’t arrive as expected. Here’s what to do:

  1. Lost Packages:

    If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check with your neighbours or building management.
    - Contact Australia Post (or your local delivery service for international orders) to report the issue.
    - If the package cannot be located, please email us at info@rainkoat.com with your name and order number. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  2. Stolen Packages:

    Rainkoat is not liable for packages that are stolen after delivery. However, we recommend checking with your local authorities or contacting your building management for further assistance.

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order! Before emailing us, we recommend checking the following:

  • We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered and we'll do our best to make this right. To speed up the process please make sure you include your name, order number and details of the missing item.

You can add your discount code to your order on the cart page, right before you click to checkout.

Promotion and discount eligibility may vary by order type. When eligible, only one discount may be applied per order.

If your order has been returned to Rainkoat, it's likely to be for one of the following reasons:

  • The delivery address was incomplete (e.g. misspelled or missing information).
  • Our shipping partner was unable to access the address after several attempts.
  • The order was not collected from the pickup point after it being delivered.
  • The package was refused.

If your shipment is "returned to sender", we recommend contacting us to verify your shipping address and have your order reshipped. Please kindly note that we may not be able to reship your order if an item is out of stock.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused, unworn items with their original tags and packaging (from the date your item was delivered to your address).

Please note:

  • A $10 shipping and handling fee applies to all returns (exchanges are free).
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging and tags.
  • Exchanges can only be made for a different size. The style/colour must remain the same. If you are wanting to change colour/style please process a return and create a new order.

Yes, you can return or exchange items that were on sale, unless they were clearly marked as final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, so please double-check the product details before completing your purchase.

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout (minus a $10 shipping and handling fee).

Please Note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

Credit card payments: Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase (minus a $10 shipping and handling fee).

Gift Cards: If a Gift Card was used as part of the original payment, a new Gift Card will be issued (minus a $10 shipping and handling fee).

- Afterpay: Refunds will be processed and communicated by Afterpay shortly after Rainkoat processes your return. This will adjust your payment schedule or issue a complete refund of payments made to date (minus a $10 shipping and handling fee).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that no longer have their original tags attached. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still intact.

We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for items purchased from rainkoat.com that go on sale within 7 days of purchase. A refund for the price difference will be issued via the original method of payment.

KIDS SIZING:

PRODUCT CARE

To ensure the longevity of your rainwear, we recommend wiping it clean with a damp cloth or hand-washing it in cold water. Avoid using bleach or machine drying.

WHOLESALE

Yes, we offer wholesale to both schools/childcare centres and boutique stores. To apply, please submit your application through our wholesale portal. All wholesale applications are subject to approval, and we will respond within 3–7 business days.

  • We have no minimums for wholesale orders.
  • Prepayment is required for all wholesale orders.
