Payment

Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. For your security, our system will not allow a payment to process if the billing information associated with the card doesn’t match.

It depends! We are unable to add items to an order that has already been placed.

We may be able to adjust the address on your order within a short window. Please review information thoroughly during checkout and on your confirmation email. If you see an error, please reach out to hello@rainkoat.com as soon as possible.

To use a promo code, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout screen. Review your cart and enter the code you wish to apply to your order. Don’t forget to click “Apply”!

Only one promo code, discount link, or referral code can be applied per order.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for items purchased from rainkoat.com that go on sale within 7 days of purchase. A refund for the price difference will be issued via the original method of payment.

We’ll send you an email with a link to your tracking info once your order has been despatched. Link not working? Don’t worry! Just shoot an email to hello@rainkoat.com and they'll give you detailed tracking info.

Please send an email to hello@rainkoat.com before returning any items. In your email, please specify your reason for return, as well as your original order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email). Please note all returns must be in new condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please send it back within 14 days of your order date, in it's original condition to the following address:

Any items received outside of this time frame, or without contacting us prior will not be accepted for refund.

Once you have contacted us via email and we’ve received your returned item, we will refund the original amount paid for the item (excluding shipping costs) via your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it might take a few days to reach you depending on your banks processing times. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to us.

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot hold items for online exchanges, to avoid disappointment you are welcome to place a new order for your desired item and send back your unsuitable item for a refund.

At this time, all sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
As a sale item they might have one or more of the following faults, but will always be in a fully functional condition – small stain marks, no tags, a few loose threads, or damaged packaging.

Please note we do not accept change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on any items purchased in the sale.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
We stand behind our products! All Rainkoat products have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear. Please send an e-mail to hello@rainkoat.com that includes your original order number, as well as documentation of the defect of the product. We'll be happy to provide a replacement.

SHIPPING COSTS
Refund: A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be given. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.
Faulty: We will pay any shipping costs relating to a faulty item.
