Confirmation & Tracking

After you've placed an order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status. We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately Rainkoat cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.

RETURNS

Something not quite right? Returns are on us, within 30 days (AUS only). Please make sure all labels are still attached and the item remains unworn (except for trying it on, of course!)
Please note that the shipping costs will only be free for orders within Australia. Orders outside of Australia will need to cover the costs of returning any items back to our warehouse. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase by contacting info@rainkoat.com prior to returning the item.

Please Note: Parcels must be received back to our Fulfilment Centre no later than 7 days after logging your Return. Parcels received after 7-day deadline will be refunded at Rainkoat's discretion.

REFUNDS
We are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of receiving your item/s in accordance with our Returns Policy:

  1. The product is unworn, unused and in its original condition. 

  2. The product still has its original tags securely attached and those tickets are untampered.

  3. The product is returned to our fulfilment centre no later than 7 days after lodging your return through thee returns portal. 

  1. The product is in a resalable condition.

If you meet all those requirements and our team is satisfied you meet those requirements upon checking the item then we will happily refund you via your original payment method. 

Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your parcel into our fulfilment centre.

Refund will be process back to the original payment method:

  1. Refund to the same credit card it was purchased with.

  2. A new Gift Card will be issued, if a Gift Card was used as part of original form of payment.

  3. Afterpay Refunds will be processed and communicated to the customer via Afterpay shortly after Rainkoat process your returned item/s. The returned item/s will create an adjusted Afterpay payment schedule or a complete refund of payments to date.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we cannot hold items for online exchanges. To avoid disappointment you are welcome to place a new order for your desired item and send back your unsuitable item for a refund.

Items can be returned for a full refund if they meet the requirements of the returns policy.


AFTERPAY

REFUNDS - processed within 30 days of purchase. Afterpay will complete a full refund of payments once Head Office has received the garment(s).

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We would hate for you to be unsatisfied with the quality of our products. If you have received a faulty item then we will happily exchange the item if still in stock or offer a full refund.

We do have strict quality control measures in place to ensure our garments are of the best quality.

If the product is faulty within 30 days of purchase, please contact info@rainkoat.com prior to returning the item. We will then offer you a returns label. The faulty garment should be returned to Rainkoat with proof of purchase.
